I didn’t clarify it in this video (as it would be another entire video) that Champagne is a type of sparkling wine that can only be called so if it is made from grapes of the Champagne region of France. In this video I used an Italian sparkler, Prosecco, which is made of a white grape (by the same name) from the Veneto region.
