there’s also strong evidence that anti-oxidants can do more harm than good… unfortunately it’d be cool if the nutritional industry was more factual but it’s definitely full of crack pots!
@lustreboy Yes, some studies suggest that antioxidant SUPPLEMENT PILLS may be counterintuitive. Key word supplement PILLS – not from fruits and vegetables. Or, in this case, red wine or grape juice.
